Machine main structure and features
1. Design: The TT5050YF CNC lathe features a 15° slant bed with a wide guideway span and roller guides for high cutting rigidity and stability.
2. Bed Structure: The machine bed is reinforced with a cylindrical design, providing strong rigidity and excellent vibration resistance.
3. Y-Axis Structure: The lathe has a high-rigidity synthetic Y-axis, which is stable and reliable, allowing for combined turning and milling to improve machining efficiency.
4. Spindle Bearing: The spindle's front bearing includes angular contact thrust ball bearings and double-row cylindrical roller bearings, while the back end has double-row cylindrical roller bearings. This ensures both high speed and stability.
5. Built-in Spindle: A programmable built-in spindle allows for quick workpiece docking, enabling two-step processing with a single clamping.
6. Drive System: The vertical and horizontal drives use high-performance AC servo motors for precise, flexible, and reliable movements.
7. Cooling System: Equipped with a high-lift pump, the cooling system provides high flow and pressure, ensuring effective chip removal and cooling.
8. Lubrication: An automatic centralized lubrication system ensures reliable and thorough lubrication.
9. Tooling: The lathe features a 12-station live tool turret for quick tool changes, capable of both turning and milling. The BMT tool holder structure provides high rigidity, repeatability, and ease of use.
10. Chuck and Bar Feeder: The lathe uses a hydraulic hollow chuck, with an optional bar feeder available.
Machine functions and the application range
1. Functions: The machine handles basic tasks like turning, grooving, and chamfering, as well as threading (internal and external), drilling, expanding, reaming, and rolling.
2. Capabilities: It can work on short-axis or disk parts with complex shapes, including cylindrical, conical, stepped, and spherical surfaces, with high precision.
3. Milling: The machine can also create keyways, eccentric grooves, inclined planes, and cams.
4. Production: Ideal for small to medium batches or single pieces of medium-sized workpieces, including both colored and ferrous metals.
5. Industry Use: Suitable for industries such as instruments, light industry, electronics, medical devices, and aerospace. It's excellent for batch and automated production of complex, detailed parts.
Ordering process
1. Customer Submits Requirements: The customer provides their technical parameter requirements.
2. Machine Viewing: We invite the customer to view the machine either online or in person at our facility in China.
3. Finalizing Details: Both parties confirm the product specifications, quantity, pricing, and other details.
4. Agreement: A supply agreement is signed.
5. Production and Delivery: We manufacture and deliver the products according to the customer's specifications.
