Machine main structure and features
1. Design: The TT6050 is a slant bed turret CNC lathe with an integrated base and bed, featuring a 30° saddle layout on a horizontal bed.
2. Bed Structure: The bed's step-up structure with a Z-axis roller guide and four sliders evenly distributes weight and cutting forces, reducing guide rail wear and extending its lifespan.
3. Spindle Bearing: The spindle features a robust bearing design with double-row cylindrical roller bearings and angular contact thrust ball bearings, ensuring high rigidity and stability.
4. Environmental Design: The machine's advanced design independently collects lubricating oil, preventing contamination of the cutting fluid.
5. Tailstock: It has a hidden hydraulic tailstock with a removable guideway for easy adjustment.
6. Drive System: High-performance AC servo motors are used for precise and reliable movement.
7. Milling live tool: Equipped with a BMT55 milling live tool powered by a high-power servo spindle motor, enabling combined turning and milling operations.
Machine functions and the application range
1. Functions: Besides basic tasks like turning, grooving, and chamfering, the machine can also do threading (internal and external), drilling, expanding, reaming, and rolling.
2. Capabilities: It can handle short-axis or disk parts with complex shapes, large sizes, and high precision, including cylindrical, conical, stepped, spherical, and various curved surfaces.
3. Suitable Workpieces: Ideal for processing bars with a diameter under 50mm, discs under 200mm, and short-axis parts under 250mm in length (depending on the fixture).
4. Production Type: Best for small to medium batches or single-piece production of small to medium-sized workpieces, including both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
5. Industry Use: Suitable for industries like instruments, light industry, electronics, medical devices, and aerospace. It's perfect for batch and automated production of complex, precise parts.
Ordering process

2. Machine Viewing: We invite the customer to view the machine either online or in person at our facility in China.
3. Finalizing Details: Both parties confirm the product specifications, quantity, pricing, and other details.
4. Agreement: A supply agreement is signed.
5. Production and Delivery: We manufacture and deliver the products according to the customer's specifications.
